Sour Cream Enchiladas

| 2 lbs. | ground beef | |
| 1 tbsp. | cumin | |
| 2 tbsp. | chili powder | |
| 1 tbsp. | garlic powder | |
| 1 whole | yellow onion | chopped |
| 2 small cans | green chili | diced |
| 16 oz. | sour cream | |
| 2 cans | cream of mushroom soup | |
| 1 lb. | Cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 1 cup | fresh cilantro | chopped |
| 2 small cans | olives | diced |
| burrito size-10-12 | flour tortillas |
1. Brown ground beef and onions.
2. Add spices,chilis,olives,soup,sour cream and 3/4 of the cheese. Set aside 1/4 of the filling.
3. Fill tortillas and place in a 13x10x2 baking pan.
4. Pour remaining filling over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
5. Bake in a 350 F oven for 45 minutes.
