Plum Breakfast Custard

| 8-10 | plums | |
| 1 cup | milk | |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 2 tablespoons | butter, melted | |
| 1/2 cup | granulated sugar | |
| 1/4 cup | flour | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Vanilla Extract | |
| 1 table spoons | amaretto |
1. Half and pit plums, and arrange face down in a greased 9x9 pan.
2. Mix together all batter ingredients into a loose batter.
3. Pour batter over the plums, being careful not to disturb their placement.
4. Bake at 375 F in the oven for 30-45 minutes, until the edges of the custard part from the sides of the pan and the center is jiggly. Serve warm.
