| 3 cups | potatoes | diced |
| 2 cups | velouté sauce | |
| 2 cups | chicken broth | |
| 1 cup | green onions | diced |
| 2 tsp. | parsley | dried |
1. Mix the potatoes, onions, and broth, then cook for ten minutes at 950 watts.
2. Puree three cups of the mixture above.
3. Stir together all of the ingredients, and cook for fifteen minutes at 350 watts. Stir again and let stand for a few minutes.
