Pesto Pasta

| Amount | Ingredient | Preparation |

| 1 lb. | rotini or fusilli pasta | |
| 8 oz. | pesto concentrate | |
| 1 cup | shredded parmesan or romano cheese | |
| 1/4 cup | olive oil | |
| to taste | salt and pepper |
1. See recipe for Pesto Concentrate. Add olive oil to 8 oz. pesto concentrate and blend. Boil water and cook pasta al dente. Add to concentrate and toss to coat. Add cheese and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. This one is a crowd pleaser!

This is a staple for us. I only wish we hadn't run out of the paste...
