Preparation Time1/2 hour
|1.5 lbs.||boneless chicken breast|
|1/2 cup||rice wine vinegar|
|1/4 cup||soy sauce|
|1/2 cup||olive oil|
|3 tbsp.||sesame oil|
1. Whisk together ingredients. Prick chicken generously with fork. Rinse chicken and place in marinade. Cover and marinate overnight refrigerated.
2. Remove and allow to come to room temperature. Grill on medium heat 5-10 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center.
