| Amount | Ingredient | Preparation |

| 1 cup | sunflower seeds | |
| 2 cups | tortilla chips | broken |
| 2 cups | carrots | finely chopped |
| 1 cup | feta cheese | |
| 0.5 cup | blue cheese | (optional or substitute for feta) |
| 0.5 lb | tomatoes | sliced |
| 1 lb | lettuce | |
| 1 lb | spinach | |
| 1+ cup | blueberries | |
| 1 cup | almonds | diced |
1. Chop carrots, slice tomatoes
2. add lettuce and spinach to salad bowl first. makes it easier to mix
3. add tomatoes, carrots
4. mix a little then add all other ingredients
5. mix more until thoroughly homogenized
