Preparation Time


1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
3 T (for pie crust) sugar
3 T melted Margarine
1 cup sugar
32 oz Philadelphia Brand Cream cheese
3 T flour
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 T vanilla
20 oz Fruit filling

1. For the crust:
Pre-heat oven to 325 F. Combine the gram cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine and press onto the bottom of a 9" spring form pan. Bake for 10 min.

2. For the filling:
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour mixing at Medium speed with an electric mixer. Mix until well blended.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then blend in the sour cream and vanilla and pour over the crust. Bake for 10 min.

4. Reduce oven temperature to 250 F and continue baking for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan and cool before removing. Chill in the refrigerator. Top with the pie filling before serving.
