Oven-fried Tandori Chicken
I came up with this once while trying to make some chicken, combining multiple recipes, and trying to make them match with the spices I found in my parents' spice cabinet. Tandori (an Indian spice that is in most grocery stores) isn't in most spice cabinets- but maybe it should be.

| enough to have about 1 inch of standing oil in your skillet | vegetable oil | |
| 1 tablespoon | tandori seasoning | |
| 1 tablespoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 cup | flour | |
| 1 cup | milk | |
| 1-2 lbs | chicken | I usually use thighs or drumsticks with the skin still on, but this is personal preference. |
1. Put milk into a bowl.
