I came up with this once while trying to make some chicken, combining multiple recipes, and trying to make them match with the spices I found in my parents' spice cabinet. Tandori (an Indian spice that is in most grocery stores) isn't in most spice cabinets- but maybe it should be.
|enough to have about 1 inch of standing oil in your skillet||vegetable oil|
|1 tablespoon||tandori seasoning|
|1 tablespoon||garlic powder|
|1-2 lbs||chicken||I usually use thighs or drumsticks with the skin still on, but this is personal preference.|
