Serves1 drink
| Amount | Ingredient | Preparation |
|---|---|---|
| 1 oz | gin | (I like using Plymouth Gin) |
| 1 oz | Cointreau | |
| 1 oz | Lillet Blanc | |
| 1 oz | fresh lemon juice | |
| 1 | dash absinthe | (I like using St Georges) |
| Ice cubes | (I like using water -my attempt at humor) | |
| Tools: shaker | strainer | |
| Glass: cocktail | ||
| Garnish: orange peel |
1. Mix Gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, Lemon juice in shaker with ice. Shake. rinse cocktail glass with absinthe and strain in to cocktail glass. Serve up with an orange peel.
2. This is such a pleasant drink whether you need reviving or not. Put the kids to bed and begin the reviving!
