Spinach Squares

Preparation Time


2 cups chedder cheese shredded
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat pasty flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
8 ounces spinach (chopped)

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, pastry flour, flour and baking powder.

3. After the double is mixed, mix in the spinach and the cheese.

4. Press the dough mixture into a greased square baking pan. Bake in the oven until a knife comes out clean (about 30 - 35 minutes).
