Source Matar Paneer Recipe

Preparation Time1 hour


1 tsp Red chili powder --
400 Paneer -- gm
tablespoon Oil -- two
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder --
1 tablespoon Tomato puree --
1 cup Peas --
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Garam masala --
tsp Coriander powder -- two
1 tablespoon Fresh lotion --
1 cup Onion -- (cut in Smallish pieces)
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste --

1. Fry the onions until pale golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala and fry for approximately 34 minutes with minimal water as needed.Add tomato puree using 1 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.Cut paneer in tiny cubes and increase the curry.Add peas and cook for Approximately 5 minutes (should you use frozen peas, and then simmer for a few minute in a microwave before adding)Garnish with fresh cream and fresh dhania leaves.Serve hot.
