Pesto Pasta

Preparation Time15 minutes


1 lb. rotini or fusilli pasta
8 oz. pesto concentrate
1 cup shredded parmesan or romano cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
to taste salt and pepper

1. See recipe for Pesto Concentrate. Add olive oil to 8 oz. pesto concentrate and blend. Boil water and cook pasta al dente. Add to concentrate and toss to coat. Add cheese and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. This one is a crowd pleaser!
