Ahi Steaks with Ginger, Garlic Sauce

1 T soy sauce
1 T corn starch
1 T minced fresh garlic
1 T minced fresh ginger
3-4 chopped scallions
2 T sesame oil
2 Ahi Steaks
1 T honey

1. Heat 2 T oil in small frying pan. Reduce heat to low and add scallions, ginger, and garlic. Simmer for 3 mins. *do not burn the garlic*

2. Remove scallions, ginger, and garlic. Let oil behind. Combine 3 T cold water, soy sauce, corn starch, and honey in a small cup.

3. Add the steaks to frying pan containing oil. Cook each side on medium/high heat. *let inside pink. do not over cook*

4. Remove steaks. Add soy sauce mixture with corn starch dissolved in it and scallion mixture to frying pan. Continually stir and simmer as the sauce thickens.

5. Serve steaks over rice and drizzle sauce over top.
