I own a small, made-to-order bakery in Bloomington, IN. I gave up on store-bought breads a couple years ago and have since been making everything from whole wheat loaves to injera. I'm working on growing my own ingredients and continue to dabble in other food products, like yogurt, tofu, and even cheese.
